  • We don’t but our sister pub and restaurant, The Crown and Punchbowl, in the picturesque village of Horningsea has nine delightful rooms.

  • Children of any age in both the pub and restaurant during the day and evening, in the restaurant in the evening but children must be over 14 to be in the pub side of the building in the evening. Please just help us by ensuring they are not steaming round the place causing havoc!! Much thanks!

  • There is plenty of car parking on site.

Please note that on the 1st Friday of every month from April to October there is a classic car festival on the green. Parking on these occasions can be difficult or at least you may need to park further away from the pub.

  • Yes in the pub, certain parts of the restaurant and of course the garden and terrace. We even have a separate dog menu!

Food can be served in the pub area (but we don’t take reservations for this area) and so it is a wonderful environment in which to just come and have a drink and a bite to eat.

  • Yes we do. For group or party bookings, please email royaloak@cambscuisine.com mentioning your preferred date, venue and number of guests.

  • We have some of the best outside seating in Cambridgeshire! Unfortunately these tables can’t be booked. The outside area is no smoking.
